• Perform and oversee assessments • Create individualized treatment plans for each client • Use evidence-based treatment methods for RBT to implement • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan • Supervise work of RBT
🎯 Requirements
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Required (Illinois must be your primary practice state) • Current and unrestricted license • Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized
