📋 Description
• Perform site visits for the architecture and engineering team as necessary • Survey an average of 4 typical sites or 8 BAP sites weekly • Use company equipment to scan and provide accurate measurements of the lease space • Note ADA violations in detail for architectural and engineering purposes • Photo document site interior and exterior • Responsible for turning in monthly expense report on time and keeping track of site expenses • Other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge and experience in architectural/construction principles • Spatial intelligence and ability to sketch • North Sound technical abilities, such as mobile mapping, use of iPads, etc • Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe and other similar software • Attention to detail • Strong work ethic • Valid Driver License • Be an independent worker dedicated to excellence • Ability to draft in CAD
