• Act as technical expert for Trimble Construction products and solutions • Understand end customer workflows and educate/train distribution partners • Communicate with end customers to understand pain points and design solutions across Trimble portfolio • Ensure channel can quote, install and commission solutions • Work with sales and technical staff of distribution partners to improve technical selling and after-sales support • Collaborate with training department to determine dealer training needs and help develop content • Provide on-the-job training and in-field installation/commissioning support • Represent Trimble at trade shows and training events • Create dealer technical staff report card and update quarterly to guide priorities • Reduce escalated support cases by increasing dealer knowledge and shortening beta process
