• 2+ years of experience building, leading, and managing high-performing Commercial or Mid-Market sales teams, ideally within a SaaS organization. • Proven history of achieving 100%+ of quota as both a manager and individual contributor • Strong background in selling to Enterprise-level accounts, either as an individual contributor or in a leadership role • Demonstrated success in developing, and retaining top sales talent, including building teams from the ground up • Skilled in managing and optimizing full-cycle Account Executive KPIs • Deep business acumen with a strong understanding of revenue leadership priorities and decision-making.
