📋 Description

• Manage the team of Financial Analysts/Assistants (internal and/or client-side), ensuring operational discipline and adherence to deadlines. • Be responsible for implementing and maintaining the FinDrive methodology for each client: processes, routines, quality standards and use of our platform. • Ensure smooth operation of the operational routines through analyst management and perform the monthly close using cash control and cash projection. • Operate at the tactical finance layer: • Controllership (management analyses, performance overview and KPIs) • Treasury (daily cash, forecasts, alerts and controls) • Work closely with CFOs and founders on closing routines and financial rituals, presenting results in: • Weekly follow-up meetings; • Monthly closing meetings and presentation of each client’s financial results; • Ensure client satisfaction with our work through a monthly NPS evaluation. • Contribute to the evolution of the FinDrive product by bringing operational feedback from real client operations to the product/technology team.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience coordinating financial operations, as a Controller, or as a Finance Manager; • Strong experience in financial routines (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, reconciliation, cash flow, managerial P&L/DRE); • Advanced Google Sheets skills; • Knowledge of SaaS business models and/or technology and scalable businesses; • Experience in FP&A and management reporting/analyses is a strong plus; • Advanced knowledge of legal, tax and accounting aspects related to day-to-day finance; • Familiarity with the uses, features and value propositions of market financial SaaS tools; • Intermediate English.
