📋 Description

• Own and lead TRM’s GTM design strategy, partnering with VP of Marketing and brand leadership. • Deliver high-caliber assets across landing pages, product launch creative, social campaigns, swag, events, decks, and executive content. • Establish scalable design systems and processes (templates, component libraries, QA checklists) to increase consistency, speed, and quality. • Provide direction and oversight to freelance and contract talent, including brand designers, illustrators, and motion designers. • Serve as a cross-functional creative partner with Product Marketing, Comms, Events, Recruiting, and Marketing leadership. • Act as a player–coach: produce hands-on design work while driving systems, setting creative standards, and enabling others. • Champion a culture of creative excellence through feedback loops, design critiques, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design, with a strong track record of leading creative work for high-growth tech companies or top-tier agencies. • Experience owning and evolving a brand system across multiple channels and touchpoints. • A strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, systems thinking, and creative leadership. • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion/animation or basic video editing is a plus. • Exceptional visual and conceptual storytelling skills; ability to translate complex ideas into compelling design. • Proven experience leading projects end-to-end, from brief to final delivery, with cross-functional collaboration. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively identifying how design can drive strategic impact. • Clear, confident communicator who can present and advocate for creative decisions with executive stakeholders.
