📋 Description

•TRM Labs is a blockchain intelligence company committed to fighting crime and creating a safer world by leveraging blockchain data, threat intelligence, and advanced analytics. •Senior Business Process Automation Engineer role to identify, design, and deploy intelligent automation solutions eliminating manual work and accelerating data analysis. •Expected to deliver automations saving a cumulative 80 hours of manual work per week within the first six months. •Use low-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier), custom code (JavaScript/Python), and AI models to build automations. •Lead discovery and analysis of business processes across departments; architect, build, and maintain scalable automation workflows. •Develop complex integrations with Jira, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Notion, Google Workspace, and BigQuery. •Pioneer use of AI in automations, including agentic workflows and LLMs, with evaluation frameworks. •Serve as platform owner for AI and automation stack, ensure reliability and UX, and work with Infrastructure and Security teams. •Champion security standards for handling sensitive data and implement encryption, access control, secure API usage. •Own end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of experience in process automation, software development, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed projects that delivered measurable business value. •Expert-level proficiency with at least one enterprise-grade low-code/no-code automation platform (e.g., n8n, Make). •Strong scripting and development skills in JavaScript (Node.js) and/or Python. •Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices including version control (Git) and automated testing/CI/CD. •Deep expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and scalable, fault-tolerant workflow architectures. •Demonstrated experience architecting complex, multi-system API integrations. •A security-first mindset with proven experience building systems that handle sensitive or confidential data. •Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. •A proactive and autonomous work ethic.
