• Identify, design, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that eliminate manual work and accelerate data analysis. • Deliver a portfolio of automations that saves a cumulative 80 hours of manual work per week within the first six months. • Lead the discovery and analysis of business processes across all departments, identifying high-impact opportunities for automation and process re-engineering. • Architect, build, and maintain robust, scalable automation workflows using platforms like n8n and Make, extending capabilities with custom JavaScript or Python. • Develop complex integrations between core systems and third-party applications, including Jira, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Notion, Google Workspace, and BigQuery. • Pioneer the use of AI within automations, building agentic workflows, leveraging LLMs for tasks like content summarization and data reconciliation, and implementing evaluation frameworks. • Serve as the platform owner for the core AI and automation tech stack, collaborating with Infrastructure teams and enhancing UX to empower other teams. • Champion and enforce stringent security standards in all automations, ensuring secure handling of sensitive data and best practices for encryption, access control, and secure API usage. • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects from ideation and requirements gathering to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. • Work directly with every team across the company to make the organization faster, smarter, and more secure.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process automation, software development, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed projects that delivered measurable business value. • Expert-level proficiency with at least one enterprise-grade low-code/no-code automation platform (e.g., n8n, Make). • Strong scripting and development skills in JavaScript (Node.js) and/or Python, used to write custom logic, transform data, and interact with APIs. • Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, version control (Git), automated testing, and CI/CD. • Deep expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and designing scalable, fault-tolerant workflow architectures. • Demonstrated experience architecting complex, multi-system API integrations and solving the challenges that come with them. • A security-first mindset with proven experience building systems that handle sensitive or confidential data. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams. • A proactive and autonomous work ethic; ability to take high-level goals and drive them to completion. • Nice to have: Experience building agentic workflows or integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) for NLP, data extraction, or content generation. • Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (GCP, AWS). • Nice to have: Experience with data warehousing concepts and writing complex SQL queries (especially for BigQuery). • Nice to have: A genuine interest in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or FinTech space.
