📋 Description
• Supporting the QBO day-to-day bookkeeping needs. • Reconciling data and drafting financial documents. • Preparing financial statements and reports. • Maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers. • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. • Implement accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent. • At least 0-2+ years of experience working with the QBO vs. QB Enterprise • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel skills • Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization • Able to handle changing priorities and use good judgement in stressful situations. • Self-starter, ability to stay positive under pressure. • Able to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
