📋 Description

• Provide civil engineering input and support for the design, construction and commissioning of water treatment, remediation and reclamation projects. • Provide direction and assist the performance of the water treatment, remediation and reclamation projects. • Support other engineering projects as part of the Ensero Engineering Team. • Supports risk analysis with project management. • Lead the development of engineering standards, principles, processes and procedures. • Build and maintain client relationships through ongoing communication and understanding of client goals. • Travel to potential and existing work sites to interface with on-site staff, vendors, customers, and regulatory personnel. • Provide technical input to projects within your area(s) of expertise. • Develop and update documentation including engineering designs, drawings and site-specific information for the safety, operations, and maintenance of the site. • Monitor and promote system environmental health and worker safety compliance. • Identify and recommend improvements to operations to ensure assigned functions are efficient and cost effective. • Take proper safety precautions, anticipate unsafe circumstances, and act accordingly to prevent accidents. • Contributes to business development through proposal support, identification of client needs and project estimating. • Provide technical input to projects within your area(s) of expertise. • Interface with other technical experts to achieve multidisciplinary project goals. • Mentor and provide technical training to junior team members. • All other duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects related to water treatment and remediation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards • Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
