📋 Description
• Provide leadership and management of projects and programs for Ensero clients • Provide senior technical direction on projects • Lead water use licensing, environmental permitting applications, and studies • Collaborate with technical teams to improve project environmental design and streamline regulatory processes • Develop integrated project schedules and critical paths for project implementation • Provide technical support regarding environmental compliance, governance, and permitting • Communicate with governments, stakeholders, and communities to advance permitting activities • Represent Ensero Solutions and clients in regulatory and community meetings, workshops, and events • Monitor legislation and regulatory changes and disseminate regulatory information internally • Develop industry relationships to support growth and strategic initiatives • Support client proposals and explore business development opportunities • Conduct senior reviews of technical deliverables and programs • Mentor and provide technical training to junior and intermediate team members • Complete reporting and other assigned tasks
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, A/E/C, or a relevant industry • Experience building relationships and engaging with First Nations and all levels of government • Knowledge of and experience with Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, BC, and other jurisdictions’ impact assessment and licensing regimes for resource development projects • Ability to work effectively with team members and lead multidisciplinary projects • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and other business software • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels
