📋 Description

• Provide technical and design leadership across high impact projects that directly impact business goals. • Set strategic technical directions for your engineering team. • Partner with the designers and product managers to create an engaging and transparent customer experience. • Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables as a highly hands on engineer. • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions. • Influence and mentor a distributed set of engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience • Experience building scaled web-based applications with deep understanding of business goals • Exceptional technical design and technical communication skills. • Strong proficiency with one or more programming languages (Typescript/React) • Strong foundations in UI development and product security and or DevOps is helpful • Able to negotiate trade offs between product and engineering priorities to maximize the business value of engineering effort • Excellent communication skills • Very collaborative environment and participation is important. • Use AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, or refactoring. • Have experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows or automation. • Strong foundations in UI development and product security and or DevOps is helpful.
