📋 Description

• TrueML is a mission-driven financial software company using machine learning to improve customer experiences for distressed borrowers. • Lead and technically guide a team of engineers on payments platform infrastructure for secure, consistent financial transactions. • Collaborate with payment processing partners to identify workflows and enable alternative payment methods and flexible scheduling. • Work closely with UX, Design, and Experimentation teams to build seamless front-end payment and account management experiences. • Define and execute the product roadmap, mentor and develop team members, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. • Recruit, grow, and ensure engineering best practices while coordinating with other Engineering Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience in software engineering • 2+ years of experience managing others • Strong technical skills and experience in one or more programming languages • Experience working with Agile development methodologies • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Passionate about building high-quality software products • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
