📋 Description
• Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, including Installation Technician I and II • Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize construction projects • Execute complex construction tasks, such as specialized concrete work • Operate and oversee the operation of a wide range of advanced construction equipment • Analyze and interpret detailed construction plans and blueprints • Implement and enforce quality control measures • Identify and resolve complex construction challenges • Lead safety initiatives and conduct regular safety audits • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members • Communicate effectively with clients.
