• Primary point of contact for customers and partners of Smart Paws • Listen attentively to pet owners’ concerns, identify their needs, and advise them on how Trupanion can help them optimally protect their pets • Communicate our product and its benefits effectively with the goal of closing sales and activating Trupanion policies • Handle sensitive situations with empathy and care and exemplify Trupanion’s values • Passion for supporting members, curiosity to ask targeted questions, and the ability to solve problems and find creative solutions to assist members • Build genuine connections and adapt your communication style to provide each member who reaches out with the best possible support.
• Fluency in German, French and English is an advantage • Minimum of two years of hands‑on customer-facing experience • Swiss license as an insurance intermediary for non-life insurance • Experience in phone/tele-sales • Experience with complex computer systems and a quick aptitude for learning new software • Experience working from home is a plus
