📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for customers and partner organizations of Smart Paws • Attentively address pet owners' concerns, identify their needs, and advise them on how Trupanion can help provide optimal protection for their pets. • Communicate our product and its benefits effectively with the goal of closing sales and activating Trupanion policies. • Handle sensitive situations with empathy and care, and embody Trupanion's core values. • A passion for supporting members, curiosity to ask targeted questions, and the ability to solve problems and find creative solutions to help members. • Build genuine connections and tailor your communication style to provide the best possible support to each member who contacts us. • Willingness to accept and embrace changes in responsibilities, processes, and workflows in a constantly evolving environment. • Efficient time management to ensure outstanding customer service even during high contact volumes. • Use multiple systems to support our members and/or veterinarians. • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and assist with the rollout of new services or processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German, French, and English is an advantage. • At least two years of practical customer-facing experience. • Swiss license as an insurance intermediary for non-life insurance. • Experience in telesales / phone-based sales. • Experience working with complex computer systems and a quick aptitude for learning new software. • Experience working from home (remote work) is a plus.
