📋 Description
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to demo, negotiation, and closing • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mid-market clients across retail, FMCG, fashion, and beauty • Identify key decision makers in merchandising, eCommerce, and data teams • Run discovery sessions to understand pain points and show how Trustana can improve their operations • Work with the marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and sales materials • Share insights from clients to help improve our product and messaging
🎯 Requirements
• At least three years of experience selling SaaS solutions with a record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals • A strong understanding of eCommerce and retail systems such as PIM, ERP, or OMS • Experience managing long and consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders • The ability to translate technical features into clear business outcomes • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders • A network in retail or consumer brands is a plus
