📋 Description

• Proactively analyze data, identify trends, and generate impactful recommendations to drive business goals. • Compile trends allowing for detection model or rule adjustments. Summarize and document findings with recommendations for data scientists. • Support Risk Operations with process and tool improvements. • Optimize Risk Operations strategy by identifying opportunities to automate processes. • Be the primary point of contact with Data Science and Data Analytics/Engineering teams. • Assist the customer support and sales teams by handling internal/external inquiries regarding approval/loss rates. • This role requires availability to work on calls.

🎯 Requirements

• Fraud/risk experience in the financial services/e-commerce industry - preferably with some experience in payments or remittances. • Familiarity with fraud concepts such as account takeover, stolen financials, friendly fraud, and identity theft. • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how to utilize data to target improvements and solve problems. • Ability to recognize fraud trends and patterns; a strong 'spidey sense' for suspicious activity. • Experience translating fraud trends into rule logic and/or feature suggestions. • Experience in large-scale data analysis using Python. • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills. • Ability to communicate in English.
