• At Trustmi, we're on a mission to eliminate socially engineered fraud by empowering organizations with our Behavioral AI Security solutions. Our platform detects and prevents social engineering attacks like Business Email Compromise (BEC) and Vendor Email Compromise (VEC), delivering unmatched fraud prevention, error reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency. By stopping fraudulent payments before funds are transferred, we help businesses safeguard their revenue and build trust in every transaction. • About this Role… As Senior Manager, Field & Channel Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving Trustmi’s growth. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of all field and channel marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with sales, demand generation, and channel partners to create impactful territory and account marketing plans. Your work will ensure all Trustmi field activities reflect our brand leadership and innovative approach to payment security. You’ll define what success looks like in the field while building scalable playbooks that drive measurable results. • Key Responsibilities: Sales Alignment; ABM; Field Events; Large Conferences; Channel Marketing; Operations; Performance Management.

🎯 Requirements

• A passion for making a meaningful impact at a high-growth, fast-paced company. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of proven success in B2B marketing, with expertise in field marketing, channel marketing, and account-based strategies at a cybersecurity company. • Experience working with sales, demand generation, and ABM teams, ideally in SaaS or tech. • Experience working with channel partners in the cybersecurity industry i.e. Guidepoint, Optiv, etc. • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on tactical execution. • Proven ability to drive revenue through innovative marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making. • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills. • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
