📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • About Us: A leading firm in the M&A professional services industry committed to delivering high-quality CIM development services to our clients. • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Analyst to join our team. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client engagement and communication management, market research, company analysis, accounting, and/or investment analysis, with the ability to lead client interviews and build high-quality presentations. • Responsibilities: Lead side-by-side interviews with clients to collect relevant information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • Proven track record of leading client meetings and engagements • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, Accountant, or in a similar role • Proficiency working with and understanding financial statements (generating graphs from financial statements) • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Docs, G-Sheets • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data • Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis • Strong business writing skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work • Ability to work independently, use AI assistants, and as part of a team • Ability to think critically and logically • Strong organizational and time management skills • English at a C2 level or native mastery • Nice to Have: Previous Big 4 consulting experience is a huge plus
