📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Manager to achieve exceptional results through innovative strategies and precise execution. • As Project Manager, you will oversee multiple client projects, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. • Your role will involve managing deadlines, coordinating between teams, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. • You will be the glue that keeps everything together, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and that clients are kept in the loop at every stage. • If you are highly organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, this role is for you!

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless client and team interactions. • Proficiency in Asana (or similar project management tools) is required • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or creative agencies is a plus but not required • Lead weekly client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on priorities.
