📋 Description

• Create detailed, multi-turn conversations that reflect everyday interactions between people and AI assistants. • Simulate both sides of the exchange, including the assistant’s reasoning and tool usage when needed. • Decide when digital tools should be used, ensuring interactions follow a clear and logical flow. • Develop dialogue samples that demonstrate: • Smooth completion of realistic tasks • Recognition of limitations when tasks are impossible • Natural, human-like conversation when no tools are required • Consistently apply internal guidelines to keep outputs accurate and high-quality. • Revise and refine examples based on feedback, focusing on clarity and realism. • Work with peers to ensure consistency and alignment across all deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical, analytical, or problem-solving role. • Native or professional proficiency in **Norwegian language**. • Familiarity with programming concepts, APIs, and structured data formats such as JSON (specific tech stack not required). • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to model decision-making processes. • Exceptional written English with attention to clarity, tone, and nuance. • Creative mindset and ability to design scenarios that feel natural and relevant. • Experience with AI assistants, large language models, or tool-driven frameworks (a plus, but not essential). • Consistency in following structured workflows and formatting requirements. • Professional fluency in English and at least one of the designated target locales.
