• Review and evaluate AI agent replies according to the provided guidelines • Recognize and evaluate differences between two possible responses to a request • Compare responses overall by determining which response is better and by how much • Give each response an absolute overall rating • Prevent the AI agent from sharing harmful, offensive, dangerous, or toxic content to end users • Participate in full online training and follow evaluation protocols
