📋 Description

• Perform high-quality research to understand client needs and vet relevance and qualifications of experts • Independently identify and recruit industry professionals and experts relevant to client requests • Pitch Lynk's value proposition and convince mid-senior level professionals to join the Lynk network • Conduct informed conversations to assess experts' expertise and fit for projects • Manage relationships with experts, including communication on payment cycles and assisting with queries • Build and strengthen client/user relationships through high-quality delivery and proactive project updates • Obtain timely feedback and ensure high engagement through regular touchpoints • Directly drive revenue by matching relevant experts to client projects within timelines • Grow and retain the user base through excellent client servicing • Work as an individual contributor in a high-visibility, high-stakes client-facing role • Operate in a target-based role measured monthly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong academic track record • 0-2 Years experience in a target-driven role, or in Client Servicing or Research roles • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Excellent at cold-calling mid-to-senior level professionals • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changes with a tendency to hustle • Passion for client servicing • Flexible and excited about working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Strong people management skills • Excellent communicator with a strong command of English and Japanese • Experience in Expert Network, Consulting, Market Research, or Recruiting preferred • Willingness to work in a target-based, monthly-measured role • Note: This is a contractual role
