📋 Description

• Lead the transformation of IAM operations to a modernized, automated system • Ensure IAM supports the business with a focus on security, compliance, and efficient request fulfillment • Develop and implement an IAM strategy • Oversee the transition to automated IAM processes • Monitor IAM solutions for effectiveness and compliance • Direct daily operations of IAM services • Enhance user authentication and authorization processes • Report on IAM metrics and performance • Guide IAM technology upgrades and migrations • Enhance phishing campaign effectiveness • Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) Platform • Promote the Principle of Least Privilege • Apply AI and Large Language Models to enhance efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferred • At least 8 years of experience in IAM roles required • Minimum 5 years in a management or leadership role within IAM required • In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks and best practices • Experience with implementing or managing IGA tools and technologies, required • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus • Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time • Must have the ability to position self to maintain computers and various network equipment • Exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, to enter data into a computer terminal; to perceive and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids • Detect and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; converse in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
