• Lead TTM’s Microelectronic engineering design teams through the Product Line Management process, overseeing the entire lifecycle of a product from ideation to launch and beyond. • Define the product's vision, strategy, and features based on market needs and customer feedback. • Manage and prioritize microelectronics standard products roadmap, responsible for each of the roadmaps product(s) goals, milestones, and deliverables over time. • Hold Program Management responsibility for select Microelectronic Programs, managing multiple projects or a highly complex program for top-tier customers. • Meet customer requirements, manage project costs, and adhere to the schedule. • Primary point of contact for customers and tasked with developing new business opportunities while provide direction, leadership, and professional development for the assigned teams. • Lead the development of new ASIC programs for both internal and external customers. • Utilize & follow standard project scheduling and planning tools per 209-000.00, TTM ISO-9002, & AS9100 req's. • Develop high-level plans to meet both project and product cost targets. Report progress to appropriate management levels. • Responsible for meeting assigned customer and program booking, shipment, and financial performance goals; regularly reports to management on progress and performance. • Participate in or lead project meetings and design reviews, and track progress of day to day commitments. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product quality. • Identify risks and incorporate mitigation and retirement activities into the project plan. • Responsible for the accuracy/validity of cost models, and sets costs targets, management reserves are established and implemented. • Provide mentorship in the development of Project Management personnel by providing coaching, guidance, and training as assigned or required. • Lead project teams and continually reassess projects against goals and make necessary changes. • Demonstrate the ability to motivate their team to achieve optimal results. • Facilitate technical reviews of the products and understand the trade-off’s. • Provide customer reporting and status, as assigned. • Handle complex customer negotiations on specs and delivery with positive results. • Participate in PMO portion of Bids and Proposals for development programs and new business per proposal process map.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree engineering or related field preferred. • 10+ Years of experience in program management • A&D Industry experience preferred • PMI Certification preferred • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to hold a U.S. Government SECRET security clearance
