📋 Description

• Merchant Acquisition: Identify and attract ticketing merchants across multiple channels; ensure compliance during onboarding. • Operations & Strategy: Develop tailored acquisition and operational strategies for diverse merchants. • Training & Support: Provide structured guidance through beginner, intermediate, and advanced training programs. • Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication, share updates, and gather feedback to strengthen partnerships. • Data-Driven Improvement: Monitor key metrics and use insights to optimize merchant performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in live events, music, or ticketing industry. • Strong market development, project management, and marketing skills. • English proficiency for work; international experience is a plus. • Existing network of ticketing merchants is highly desirable.
