• Carry out the various operations required for service requests received within their area of expertise; • Receive service requests from users; • Assess needs or the situation as required; • Prioritize the execution of work; • Redirect requests to other members of the specialized maintenance team when necessary; • Determine required materials and, if needed, procure them in accordance with applicable procedures; • Coordinate and perform the work; • Provide recommendations as required.
🎯 Requirements
• Must hold a college diploma (DEC) with a specialization in building technology, architectural technology or building mechanics from a school recognized by the Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sports (in the absence of a candidate holding the DEC, a candidate who meets all other requirements may be considered; in that case they will be paid according to the salary scale corresponding to their level of education); • Must have two (2) years of experience, acquired within the last five (5) years, in similar tasks; • Must be able to read and create plans and specifications and be familiar with various construction methods and the procurement process.
