📋 Description

‱ Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of key accounts as a trusted advisor ‱ Proactively identify opportunities to expand Tulip's platform within existing accounts and support commercial expansion with Sales ‱ Strategically guide customers to leverage Tulip for operational improvements, recommend use cases, and track measurable ROI ‱ Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, Support) to address customer needs and influence the product roadmap ‱ Help build and improve internal processes and content to scale and mature the Customer Success function ‱ Collaborate with customers and Tulip partners supporting accounts

🎯 Requirements

‱ Natural problem-solver with ability to structure information amid uncertainty ‱ Clear and effective communicator across all organizational levels ‱ Direct experience implementing change in manufacturing or deploying technology systems in operational environments ‱ Customer-obsessed and passionate about delivering measurable impact ‱ Resourceful and able to research solutions independently ‱ 4+ years in a customer-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success (SaaS preferred), or Management Consulting) ‱ Direct experience within discrete manufacturing (Industrial Machinery, Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, or similar) ‱ BA/BS required (MBA/Masters preferred) ‱ Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills; experience leading executive presentations for enterprise corporations ‱ Proven experience coordinating and leading cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) ‱ Strong bias for action and client impact ‱ Ability to travel up to 20% ‱ Business fluency in French (required)
