📋 Description

• Manage cross-functional projects that spans sales operations, support marketing, sales team training, solution architecture, customer-facing initiatives, and proposal efforts. • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, task trackers, meeting notes, decision logs, and status updates. • Coordinate priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and handoffs across internal teams. • Support sales operations by helping improve processes, documentation, reporting, and execution workflows. • Partner with solution architects to track customer requirements, technical inputs, demo preparation, implementation needs, and follow-up actions. • Support contracts and proposals by coordinating inputs, timelines, reviews, approvals, and submission readiness. • Help marketing and go-to-market teams organize campaigns, events, content workflows, and launch-related activities. • Identify process gaps and create lightweight systems that improve visibility, accountability, and execution. • Prepare clear written updates for internal stakeholders, including leadership. • Run effective meetings, capture decisions, document action items, and follow up until work is complete. • Help ensure that teams are using shared tools and processes consistently.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, sales operations, customer operations, technical delivery, or a similar cross-functional role. • Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving situations and help drive execution across teams. • Comfort working with technical teams, customer-facing teams, and business stakeholders. • Experience supporting proposal, contract, sales, marketing, and/or customer delivery workflows. • Ability to ask appropriate clarifying questions, adopt new tools and skills quickly, and follow through independently. • Strong judgment about when to escalate issues, clarify ownership, or simplify a process. • Proficiency with common project and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Pryzm, or similar platforms.
