• Estimating and negotiating change orders • Preparing cost plans and managing project costs • Collaborating with design teams and contractors • Conducting cost checks and valuations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in cost management • RICS accreditation preferred • Experience in large construction projects or data centers • Knowledge of procurement routes and value management • Excellent communication skills
