• 1-3 years of Customer Success or Account Management experience; • Supply chain and logistics industry experience preferred; • SaaS technology experience preferred; • Viral networking experience preferred; • Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, marketing, or related field; • Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex issues; • Familiarity with Salesforce, ZenDesk, Jira, Tableau is desirable.
