📋 Description

• Work side-by-side with senior leaders in Twilio’s engineering org to craft bold talent strategies • Drive organizational capabilities, evolve ways-of-working, and fuel a culture that delivers world-class CPaaS products • Report directly to the HRBP lead for the Chief Product Officer and collaborate with a group of high-impact HR peers • Take a consultative, data-driven approach to uncover opportunities • Use analytics and insights to drive timely, targeted outcomes • Build high-ROI programs, ranging from org design, workforce planning, and culture curation • Partner closely with HR COEs to sync functional talent strategy with cyclical programs • Turbo-boost productivity with sensible usage of AI tools • Maintain a strong say:do ratio and uphold confidentiality • Activate effective executive coaching skills • Leverage deep understanding of engineering orgs to shape outcomes • Lead by example—living and modeling Twilio Magic (values)

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of HRBP experience and 4+ years partnering with software engineering or product management teams • Deep knowledge of engineering orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends • Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs • Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills • Energized by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results. • Experience partnering with internal OE consultants and/or HCM strategy firms (Desired) • Background working within HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies (Desired)
