📋 Description

• Join a leading experiential and field marketing agency. • Manage campaign logistics, supplier coordination, and reporting to ensure smooth execution of on-ground brand activations. • Perfect for someone highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering seamless campaigns. • - Manage the operational delivery of multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. • - Monitor progress, flagging potential issues or delays proactively. • - Ensure post-campaign reporting and wrap-up documentation is accurate and completed on time. • - Coordinate campaign logistics, including ordering and organising materials such as uniforms, bins, gloves, posters, and other equipment. • - Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of resources. • - Support Account Managers and Directors with administrative components of campaign delivery. • - Maintain project documentation, trackers, and timelines in Microsoft 365 and other internal systems. • - Collate, analyse, and present campaign data in clear and accurate reports using Excel and PowerPoint. • - Maintain internal communication standards and keep stakeholders informed throughout campaigns. • - Perform other role-specific duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • - Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, campaign delivery, or operations, within marketing, events, or experiential environments. • - Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities across projects. • - Strong communication skills, confident and professional over phone and email. • - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). • - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation. • - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and short lead times. • - Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and sees tasks through to completion. • - Experience in logistics, supplier coordination, or similar operational functions is highly regarded. • - Reliable, self-motivated, and thrives on structure, completing tasks efficiently. • - Natural collaborator who takes pride in supporting the team. • *Note: The official title of this role is Campaign Project Manager.*
