📋 Description

• We are seeking a skilled **Industrial Designer** to create high-quality 3D CAD models and 2D drawings that bring our product concepts to life. This role involves transforming design briefs into production-ready outputs while maintaining strict documentation standards and ensuring seamless collaboration between our offshore team and headquarters. • - Support the Design Manager and Senior Industrial Designer in getting products “production ready” promptly and accurately while adhering to project objectives, requirements, and constraints. • - Research suitable manufacturing facilities for evaluation by the Design Manager or Senior Industrial Designer. • - Maintain consistent communication with HQ via agreed collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Teams, and scheduled video calls) to ensure transparency and alignment. • - Design, create, modify, and revise drawings as required. • - Assist in the research of engineering materials, equipment, and finishes. • - Attend project meetings and review products, projects, and drawings as needed. • - Project Data Updates – Keep task status and project milestones current in tracking systems. • - Project Time Sheet Report – Maintain accurate time logs for each project.

🎯 Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • - 3–5 years of professional experience in industrial/product design, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer product environment. • - Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and 2D drafting using software such as SolidWorks, Rhino, or Creo. • - Experience with PDM (Product Data Management) systems and collaboration tools (e.g., SolidWorks PDM, Asana, Teams, Google Drive). • - Strong knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles. • - Familiarity with materials, finishes, and production processes (e.g., injection molding, sheet metal, CNC machining).
