📋 Description

• Translate high-level product strategy into actionable requirements and measurable success metrics. • Lead design-led decision-making, ensuring usability and user empathy guide all stages of development. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand user needs and behaviors. • Create and validate wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts as part of product discovery. • Partner with engineering teams to ensure clarity of requirements and manage trade-offs between scope, quality, and timelines. • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to align go-to-market strategies with product launches. • Engage with corporate partners to co-design EAP solutions that enhance employee wellbeing programs. • Gather and analyze feedback from users, clients, and internal teams to refine and improve the platform. • Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to maintain product innovation. • Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making to improve user engagement and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a hybrid UX/UI + Product role. • Strong UX/UI design skills (Figma, Miro, Adobe, etc.) with a record of delivering user-friendly, design-led products. UX expertise is the key strength sought for this position. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply data-driven insights. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and end-to-end product delivery. • A genuine interest in mental health and wellbeing.
