📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned to strategic objectives • Partner with product and business stakeholders to prioritize and execute the AI roadmap • Lead and develop a cross-functional AI team • Hold teams accountable for execution, quality, and delivery outcomes • Drive consistent delivery of production-ready AI solutions on defined timelines • Act as the primary point of accountability for AI delivery to business stakeholders • Ensure alignment with governance, security, and compliance standards • Establish repeatable delivery frameworks, standards, and best practices for AI solution development and deployment • Drive adoption and standardization of Microsoft AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio) as the core platform for AI solution development and deployment • Ensure AI solutions are built using consistent patterns across LLM workflows, data integration, and deployment within the Azure ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Required Experience delivering AI/ML or data products into production environments • Strong understanding of system architecture (APIs, data pipelines, cloud platforms) • Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams • Experience defining and tracking business KPIs tied to technology delivery • Preferred Experience with Azure AI services, Microsoft AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio), or similar enterprise AI platforms • Familiarity with MLOps practices • Experience in consulting or enterprise environments
