📋 Description

• Reporting directly to the CIO, responsible for design, build, and architecture of enterprise infrastructure • Define and own the enterprise infrastructure technology roadmap • Architect scalable, resilient, and secure solutions across network, compute, storage, and cloud • Lead infrastructure design for M&A integration and affiliate onboarding • Design and build enterprise network architecture across LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN domains • Architect and build USUP's hybrid cloud environment • Lead security architecture and engineering across all infrastructure domains • Develop a geographically distributed infrastructure engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience • 4 years leading infrastructure engineering teams through major design and build programs • Demonstrated track record architecting and delivering enterprise network infrastructure at scale • Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID / Active Directory, and hybrid cloud architecture • Strong security engineering background, including HIPAA/HITECH and PCI compliance requirements • Experience designing Disaster Recovery architecture including RTO/RPO definition and DR environment build-out • Experience designing and building enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure • Proven experience leading infrastructure engineering through M&A integration • Strong executive communication skills
