• Act as a strategic business partner to understand organizational challenges and define performance indicators aligned with business priorities • Translate business needs into analytical solutions, including semantic models, standardized datasets, dashboards, and advanced analytics • Design, maintain, and optimize Power BI architecture, including star schema modeling, advanced DAX, security, deployment, and incremental refresh • Optimize data workflows using SQL and Google BigQuery • Use Python for advanced analytics and automation • Define business intelligence development standards and document solutions to ensure quality and sustainability • Plan and prioritize business intelligence initiatives based on business value • Ensure quality, timely delivery, and strategic alignment of deliverables • Collaborate regularly with internal clients across Canada
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field • Minimum of five years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence within a corporate environment • Strong expertise in Power BI, including star schema modeling, advanced DAX, security, and deployment • Excellent proficiency in SQL • Experience with Google BigQuery • Solid proficiency in Python for advanced analytics and automation • Ability to understand business challenges and translate requirements into structured analytical solutions • Excellent spoken and written French and English • Ability to collaborate with internal clients across Canada
