📋 Description
• Take full ownership of features in a dynamic startup environment • Collaborate with Product, Design, and international engineering teams • Serve as a key R&D point of contact during US operational hours • Work with a high degree of independence on tasks, customer-facing issues, and urgent bugs
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience • Proficiency in backend (Node.js or Python) • Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks • Hands-on experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) • Familiarity with cloud-native environments (AWS, Kubernetes) • Proven experience in dynamic, remote, or distributed teams • Integration of AI tools in daily workflows • Fluency in English; Hebrew is a plus
