📋 Description

• Transform player and business data into actionable insights • Work closely with Product Managers, Game Designers, Engineers, and Performance Marketing • Evaluate game performance, design experiments, and identify opportunities for growth • Track core metrics proactively and conduct exploratory data analysis • Synthesize qualitative data from player reviews, community feedback, and user research • Build data models, forecasts, and business cases • Design, execute, and evaluate AB Test experiments • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs • Partner across the organization to drive business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence • Knowledge of live operations, game economies, player segmentation, and core product metrics (e.g., DAU, Retention, LTV, ARPDAU) • Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large datasets • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and forecasting • Proficiency with data visualization platforms (Hex, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Proven experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests • Experience building and working with data models, machine learning, statistical analysis methods
