📋 Description

• Establish the project plan and initiate mobilization, confirming scope, estimates, resources, roles and responsibilities. • Monitor and control project execution across the analysis, design, build, testing and release phases. • Establish project governance, managing risks and issues. • Ensure clear, objective and frequent communication with stakeholders. • Direct the project team's deliverables, ensuring overall success and effective use of resources. • Maintain a strong financial understanding, including CAPEX, OPEX, investment approval processes and project requests. • Ensure user experience is considered in the design and deployment of new solutions and services. • Ensure appropriate use of project management methodologies and tools. • Produce project reports, including overall performance and closure documentation. • Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within the scope of Project Management services. • Act proactively, with a results-oriented profile and experience in processes/standards of highly regulated environments. • Operate in contexts with GxP and SOX requirements. • Apply experience in change management.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing IT infrastructure projects. • Experience with end-user services, including mobile devices, laptops, client imaging and application packaging. • Good understanding of Information Security and IT service environments. • Knowledge of Service Desk, ServiceNow and CMDB. • Ability to manage assets and configuration items (CIs). • Experience with IT service deployments. • Knowledge of hosting, basic networking concepts and application management. • Experience with hosting infrastructure, O365 and networking. • Knowledge of IT standards, project financial management and business processes. • Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation and vendor management skills. • Ability to operate in complex organizations, handling ambiguity and multiple stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree. • More than 6 years of experience in IT and/or project management. • Overall responsibility for program/project quality, budget control and achievement of milestones. • Fluent English for verbal and written communication.
