📋 Description
• Engineering and troubleshooting of Modern Workplace customer infrastructures in the SME and enterprise segments • Operations (2nd and 3rd level support) • Client management solutions with Microsoft Intune • Application packaging • Independent incident and change management using ServiceNow • Support of release management for our managed service customers • Support in the continuous technical development of our products and services in the workplace environment
🎯 Requirements
• Completed IT apprenticeship or degree in computer science • Solid experience with Windows 11 management • Knowledge of managing iOS, Android and macOS operating systems • Experience in software packaging • Several years of experience in the workplace management field (e.g., Microsoft Intune) • Strong engineering and troubleshooting skills • Interest in ongoing professional and personal development (relevant certifications are a plus) • Excellent written and spoken German and very good English skills
