📋 Description
• Engineering and troubleshooting of Modern Workplace customer infrastructures in the SME and enterprise segments • Operations (2nd and 3rd level support) • Client management solutions with Microsoft Intune • Application packaging • Independent incident and change management using ServiceNow • Support for release management for our managed service customers • Support for the continuous technical development of our workplace products and services
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science / IT • Solid experience with macOS management • Knowledge of managing iOS, Android, and Windows 11 operating systems • Experience in software packaging • Several years of experience in workplace management environments (e.g., Microsoft Intune) • Strong engineering and troubleshooting skills • Excellent German (confident, professional) and very good English skills • Interest in professional and personal development (completed certifications are an advantage)
