📋 Description
• Create visual identities, layouts, social assets, landing pages, ads, carousels, simple motion graphics and communication materials • Develop visual concepts, creative directions and graphic narratives for campaigns and products • Translate strategic messages into clear, impactful visuals that remain consistent with the brand • Collaborate with Copy, Social, Branding, Product and Sales teams to ensure visual coherence • Use AI as a co-pilot for prototyping, visual research, rapid variations and to accelerate workflows
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years as a Designer (Mid-level or Senior) • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalents) • Ability to design across multiple formats: social, web, ads, campaigns, presentations and corporate materials • Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, hierarchy and visual direction • Practical awareness of performance metrics and how design influences results • Organized, critical thinker with the ability to elevate the team’s creative level
