• A bachelor’s degree is required (field open); an advanced degree is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience required; preference for supervisory, sales, or large-scale project leadership background. • A successful track record of quota attainment that exceeds $2 million annually. • Commitment to UnboundEd’s organizational values and mission. • A learning orientation and dedication to equity and inclusion. • Knowledge of urban school environments. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while building strong cross-geography relationships. • A collaborative spirit and eagerness to contribute to a highly engaged team. • Entrepreneurial drive and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce, and collaboration tools such as Slack.
