📋 Description

• Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers • Work closely with customers to identify the right problems and use cases with clear ROI, and define success metrics before building • Shape opportunities in highly ambiguous environments where requirements are not clearly defined • Drive delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, making product and trade-off decisions across speed, stability, and scope • Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers and set priorities across multiple parallel engagements • Support PMs in prioritizing, making trade-offs, and unblocking product implementations and solutions • Balance speed of execution with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking • Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization with the Platform team • Mentor and develop PMs, growing their product judgment and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints (required) • 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments • Experience managing strong Product Managers, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making • Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in delivering new solutions from early stages to production • Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact while balancing speed, quality, and scale • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers
