📋 Description

• Support CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users. • Deliver for multiple projects, including planning, task and deliverable definition, quality control, risk analysis, and reporting. • Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery while supporting clients through the implementation process. • Develop detailed project plans and track activities against timelines, ensuring timely reporting and risk mitigation. • Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration as well as end-user training. • Conduct integration requirement workshops and write detailed specifications in collaboration with development teams. • Draft and maintain project deliverables such as project plans, change orders, and closing reports. • Collaborate with customers and other relevant stakeholders. • Facilitate and assist with meetings related to all aspects of the project life cycle. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while managing potential risks and changes. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and use established processes for project delivery and co-ordination. • Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings. • Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery whilst supporting clients through the implementation process.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation. • Strong experience with software integration projects. • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language. • Relevant project management certifications are a plus but not required. • Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software is a plus. • Venue and/or Exhibition industry experience is a plus.
