• 10+ years experience in B2B Marketing • 3-5 years experience leading marketing teams in a SAAS environment • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing marketing functions from the ground up • Ability to build dashboards, interpret metrics such as CAC, pipeline conversion and campaign ROI, and translate insights into action • Comfortable with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems • Proven success in demand generation, product marketing and brand development within the software industry. • Experience marketing event-tech or vertical SAAS products a plus • Proven results budgeting, forecasting and aligning marketing spend with financial objectives • Experience with LLM Search and other modern marketing acumen • Deep understanding of digital marketing, ABM, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing • Experience in GTM Engineering • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives and build alignment and buy-in with stakeholders • Familiarity with cloud‑native, composable martech stacks and AI tools that enable personalization and efficiency
