âą Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. âą 5+ years of experience in sales or related roles, preferably in the FMCG industry. âą Strong sales and negotiation skills. âą Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. âą Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and customer insights. âą Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective account plans. âą Result-oriented and target-driven approach. âą Proficiency in account reporting and forecasting. âą Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. âą Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.
